Every Arizona account starts on the property. We walk the entrances, the gatehouse, the parking areas and the parts of the site that sit empty at night, and we ask what has gone wrong before. Then we write post orders that fit. One HOA may need an officer in the gatehouse and a patrol through the common areas. A warehouse may need an officer at the dock and a camera trailer on the back lot. A hotel may need a single officer who can work the lobby and the parking garage.
Clients get a single point of contact who can be reached 24/7, field supervisor inspections at no additional cost, and reports, photos and patrol checks through Vision Insights during each shift. With offices in Tempe, Mesa and Tucson, a client with properties in more than one part of the state can keep one security company and one set of reports.
Security Officers
Unarmed officers handle access control, front desk and lobby coverage, gatehouse security, parking lot monitoring and help for customers and residents. We staff hotels, HOA and apartment communities, senior housing, retail centers, offices, warehouses and construction sites. Each officer is trained for the assignment before the first shift and is First Aid and CPR certified.
Licensed armed officers for Arizona sites with greater risk, such as financial locations, cannabis facilities, high-value warehouses and properties that have had serious incidents. Before an armed officer is placed, we review the site, your concerns and the post orders. Our officers complete state-mandated training plus advanced training that includes First Aid, CPR and AED, nonlethal force, arrest and control techniques, and active shooter response. Our license is Arizona DPS License #1003621.
24/7 patrol services and mobile patrol officers for properties that need regular checks instead of a full-time post. We offer scheduled and random patrol inspections, HOA compliance inspections, lock-up and unlock services, alarm and disturbance response and custom inspection checklists. Patrol vehicles use GPS Insight tracking and in-car 360-degree cameras.
A sworn police officer can make sense for a large public event, traffic control or a short period when a property faces a specific threat. For everyday coverage, a trained SecureOne officer usually costs less and knows the site better. We can talk through which suits your situation, and the full service description is on secureone.com.
Training here goes past the state minimum. Our in-house Director of Training writes custom programs by industry and facility, so an officer at a resort front desk and an officer at a warehouse gate are each ready for their own post. Some of the largest security firms in the country send their own new hires to SecureOne training facilities.
Event security officers for a single night or a multi-day run. Officers can work entrances, parking areas and crowds, and your regular contact plans the event with you. For employers and organizations, our Mesa office also offers fingerprinting, including mobile fingerprinting.
Solar-powered mobile CCTV trailers give construction sites, vacant properties, parking lots and large open areas 24/7 remote monitoring without a power hookup, which suits Arizona’s sun. Features include live camera monitoring, motion-activated alerts, thermal imaging, pan-tilt-zoom cameras and talk-down audio. A trailer can work alone or alongside patrol or on-site officers.
